IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, assigned onsite parking spaces will be available to lease upon move in.

WHAT WILL I DO FOR INTERNET?

Internet will be available directly to your apartment with Verizon Fios at a discounted rate. Custom TV and phone packages will also be available.

HOW ARE THE UTILITIES ARRANGED?

Upon moving in, you will be responsible for setting up an account with Orange and Rockland Utilities, our electricity provider. We are currently seeking LEED certification with an energy score of 85+, which means you will save on your electric bill every month.

WHAT ARE THE ADDITIONAL FEES?

Additional costs outside of rent include applicable move-in fees, pet fees, and utility fees.

WHAT IS A TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT?

The Sheldon at Suffern Station is located fifty yards from the NJ Transit stop with approximately one-hour rail time into Midtown New York. The Transport of Rockland – the county’s local bus system of 10 routes – has a stop one block away from the building.

What is our pet policy?

Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. Maximum of two pets per home.
